It boots, but touch screen is not responding. touch screen is frozen after iOS got updated.  All buttons work.  Outside and screen is in excellent condition because it's been protected with Otter Box case cover since day one, and battery is charging and holding very well.  Sell as it is and iPad and Otter box only.
