1.The package ship from USA
2.During the holiday season, the handling time and delivery time would be extended accordingly .
3. We send to the PayPal address you left, pls confirm the address before we ship the item.
4. Info usually update later than actual status.and it won't be updated during weekend/holidays,pls contact with us if you need any further info .
5.Sometimes the date will be delayed due to a shortage. we will inform you via message.

- Refund or Replacement request is available within 30 days after parcel received and returning the item as the same condition as received.
- Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, Item ID, relate pictures and reason for return should be included in the message.
- Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipping to buyer punctually.
- In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued.
- Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- If the item was found non-defective, the item will be sent back to buyer at buyer's expense.
- Items returned without authorization will be refused and returned to sender/buyer.
- Buyer pay the shipping cost if the item damaged artificially, or buyer say "not like it", "size/color was different per they imaginary", etc.
